Comparative forms -Mad Max comparative exercise-

Create a blog and write a comparison using the grammar point of page 75:

  • The post-apocaliptic Australia depicted in the movie  is sandier and gloomier than the actual Australia.
  • The actual Australia is quite desertic but not as deforested as the movie depicts.
  • I believe modern Australia is as deadly as Mad Max's Australia if you take in mind the lack of venomous and poisonous creatures that the movie contained.
  • The cars in the movie are built chunkier and crazier than today's cars, perphaps even faster on the sand.
  • At the same time I believe they run less efficiently on gas than normal cars and some were quite funky.
  • In both cases modern tires from Australia were as equipped for sand traction as the movie's.
  • In the film, since communities are segregated by an inmense sea of sand, now it takes more time than it used to in modern times to go from one city to another.
